Delivery

Delivery for items to the UK and Europe are based on the weight and size of the item. A charge is made for delivery to the rest of the World (rate is calculated by the volumetric weight of the package). You can choose to pay extra for delivery at certain times of the day including Saturday delivery (UK delivery only) please call 01793 495201 for more details.

We aim to post all items within 7-10 working days of your payment being cleared. All items are sent via Royal Mail Delivery, all larger items are sent via Parcel Force courier, unless otherwise stated. Please note in some rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances the couriers may be delayed by a day or so. Delivery will usually be between 9am and 5pm. If you require a tracking number please contact us.

Parcels that are not collected by in time are automatically returned to us by the courier. We will then email you to let you know your item has been returned. In some cases there will be an additional charge to re-send the item.

Security

Ultimate Styling Ltd accepts payment by all types of Debit and Credit Cards, PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order. To process your order we require your contact details, these however are never disclosed to any third party. Prices and carriage where applicable will all be in £s GBP Sterling.

Upon Receipt of your Order

Upon receipt of your item, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us within 24hrs. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, to inspect the goods whilst the driver is present and make him aware of the damage. All damaged parts must be signed for as "Damaged". All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved, please contact 01793 495201 within 24hrs of delivery.

Return, Cancel or exchange an item

If you have ordered incorrectly and want to exchange an item please send the items back to us prepaid and with all the original packaging and paperwork. For your protection please make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. There will be a £5.00 handling and return postage fee for exchanges. Any postage already paid by the customer is not refundable.

You can cancel and return an item at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please return the goods prepaid and with all the original packaging and paperwork, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return address is at the bottom of this page.

Lost Item(s)

If your item is lost in transit we will send you another item. This is done after confirmation of the loss from the delivery service is ascertained normally after 10 working days.

Wrong item or mis-described goods.

We do our best to describe all goods accurately stating the vehicles that they will fit and try to supply a correct picture of the item you are buying. Sometimes colours may vary due to lighting at the time the picture was taken. We often use pictures supplied to us direct from suppliers. We may also occasionally use a library picture if a suitable picture is unavailable at the time of listing. If you have received your goods and are not happy with them you can return them within 7 working days under the cancellation/returns policy from the paragraph above. Return address is at the bottom of this page.

However, if we have sent you the wrong item please accept our apologies and return with all the original packaging and paperwork, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will reimburse your postage for returning the item only if a post office receipt is enclosed with the item being returned. Please send smaller items via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and larger items via Royal Mail standard parcel. We will not accept nor refund any Royal Mail Special Delivery returns. Refunds

Please note, all refunds will be reimbursed to you via the same method or original payment, ie if you paid via PayPal then a refund will be paid back into your Paypal account.

Items not eligible for return

It is the customers duty to look after any parts once in their possession and to ensure the item fits correctly before any modification or painting occurs. No parts can be returned unless under warranty if found to of been modified i.e. cut, sanding, primed or painted. This is due to the parts becoming non resalable.

Ultimate Styling Ltd will not be held responsible for any fitting or painting costs the customer incurs.
